The Sherpa Executive Coaching Certification is led by Master Executive Coaches and educators who actively use the Sherpa methodology with real leaders and teams.
Instructors may vary by cohort, but often include:
DeCoffette Ward – Master Executive Coach, author, facilitator, and Chief People Officer with The Sherpa Library LLC. She brings 20 years of facilitation and leadership experience across the electric power, military, and manufacturing industries. DeCoffette has co‑authored Executive Presence: Humility, I am. She is. We are. The Sherpa Guide to Self-Discovery, Leadership, and Legacy for Women, and written her own book, Dream. Write. Execute.
Danielle (Dani) Redder – CEO of The Sherpa Library LLC and Master Certified Sherpa Executive Coach. A graduate of the University of Georgia’s Sherpa Executive Coaching Certification (2015), she also holds a BA in Communications and Public Relations from the University of Cincinnati and works with business leaders and high‑potential talent to strengthen self‑awareness, maximize strengths, and align objectives with organizational strategy. She is also the co‑author of I Am. She Is. We Are. The Sherpa Guide to Self‑Discovery, Leadership, and Legacy for Women. and Executive Presence: Being Present.
Specific instructors are subject to change without notice, but every cohort is facilitated by highly experienced, Certified Sherpa Coaches who are deeply grounded in the process‑driven Sherpa methodology.
Upon successful completion, you earn the designation of Certified Executive Coach (CSC) from Sherpa Library, LLC, recognized across multiple universities and organizations. You also receive documented training hours that may be applied toward International Coaching Federation (ICF) continuing coach education and the ACC Portfolio Path, supporting your journey toward (or renewal of) an ICF credential.
