You've mastered the Sherpa Executive Coaching Certification,
but the climb doesn't stop there.
Stay at the forefront of your field with our Recertification Program, co-hosted by The Sherpa Library and the University of Georgia.

This year’s topic focuses on the Executive Presence: Relationships
At the heart of great leadership is the ability to form strong, authentic relationships. Relationship-focused leaders demonstrate care, respect, and genuine interest in others. They promote healthy self-esteem, celebrate others’ successes, and know when to lean in with empathy and encouragement.
This program equips you to guide other leaders in transitioning from task management to people-centered leadership, demonstrating presence in ways that foster trust, boost morale, and enhance team performance.
