A women’s leadership retreat hosted by The Sherpa Library
Step away from the noise and reconnect with your purpose at I Am. She Is. We Are. — a women’s leadership retreat hosted by The Sherpa Library.
Over four transformative days in Lexington, Kentucky, you’ll explore what it means to lead with intention, authenticity, and presence. Guided by experienced Sherpa Executive Coaches, Dani Redder, DeCoffette Ward, and Brenda Corbett, you’ll engage in immersive experiences — including equine coaching and other embodied learning practices — that awaken clarity, courage, and connection.
You’ll leave with renewed energy, actionable strategies, and a supportive community of women leaders committed to leading with kindness and clarity — in work, in life, and within themselves.
