A Women's Leadership Program
Discover What's Possible When Women Leader Together
Inspired by the book I Am. She Is. We Are. by Dani Redder and DeCoffette Ward, this immersive leadership experience invites women to step away from the demands of everyday life and reconnect with themselves, one another, and a deeper sense of purpose.
Over three transformative days in Lexington, Kentucky, participants will explore what it means to lead with clarity, courage, and compassion. Through meaningful conversations, reflective practices, experiential learning, and the power of community, you'll gain new insights, strengthen your voice, and discover how collective leadership can create lasting impact.
This is an opportunity to reconnect with who you are, deepen your trust in other women, and reimagine how you lead.

The Journey to Becoming A Certified Sherpa Coach Starts Here
Extraordinary leaders aren’t born—they’re developed. At some point in their journey, they were coached by seasoned professionals who helped them elevate team dynamics and drive performance. The Sherpa Executive Coaching Certification Program guides you through a six-phase process, culminating in your designation as a Certified Sherpa Coach. Upon completion, you’ll also earn CEU hours that may be applied toward continuing education requirements with the International Coach Federation (ICF).*
Program Dates

One-Hour Virtual Orientation: Monday, September 14, 2026, at 6:00 p.m.

Week 1: October 12-16, 2026

Week 2: December 1-4, 2026
Participation in both weeks is required.

After the in-class sessions, you will complete a multi-week, asynchronous practicum client assignment with your Sherpa Coach.
