About the Sherpa Library
From long standing relationships with Toyota, Stanley Black & Decker and the National Cancer Institute, among others, Sherpa developed a series of programs designed to improve business behavior, increase performance and create a coaching culture.
Since 2005, Sherpa Coaching has been training executive coaches in a certification program endorsed and offered by ten well-known universities. Our classic textbook, ‘The Sherpa Guide: Process-Driven Executive Coaching’ is the gold standard for coach training.
In 2021, The Sherpa Coaching operating company was acquired by training experts from Houston, Texas. The founders of Sherpa, Brenda and Karl Corbett, have retained the copyrights to the entire Sherpa curriculum. For the first time, organizations are being licensed
for unlimited use of the top five leadership
programs in the Sherpa Library.
Imagine a workplace where expectations are delivered clearly, accountability is appreciated , employees are engaged, and teams communicate the way you’d like them to. This takes training, based on a time-tested curriculum.
Low costs, high impact.
You no longer have to rely solely on your own curriculum, which could take years to refine. You don’t need to hire outside coaches and trainers.
Here, you will find all the tools you need for a solid leadership development program. Now, the top programs from the leading educator and the leading researcher in executive coaching can be yours under a new licensing platform, The Sherpa Library.
Our philosophy: Each leader’s strengths have taken him them to their current position in their organization. Only by addressing weaknesses, those obstacles that prevent a leader from getting to the next level of success, will they see continued professional progress.
This philosophy is in stark contrast to people who tell you to emphasize your strengths, and surround yourself with people who cover your weaknesses. It’s fun to talk about what you are already good at, but it doesn’t solve any problems when you have to step up and perform.
Nobody can manage your daily communication or create your leadership style for you.
Read on and take advantage of this new suite of resources designed to improve business behavior and team effectiveness.
