I am. She is. We are.

A Women's Leadership Program Hosted by The Sherpa Library

Sept 20 - 23, 2026  |  Lexington, KY

UNLOCK DEEPER IMPACT

Discover What’s Possible When Women Lead Together

Step away from the noise and into an immersive retreat designed to help you reconnect with yourself, deepen your trust in other women, and reimagine what collective leadership can look like.

Inspired by the book, I Am. She Is. We Are.written by Dani Redder and DeCoffette Ward, this experience invites to step away from the noise and reconnect with the truth of who you are and how you want to lead.

Over three days, you’ll explore what it means to lead with clarity, courage, and compassion — not by doing more, but by leading differently.

Why This Program Matters

For generations, women have been asked to lead in systems that weren’t built for us. Our leadership styles are expected to fit a mold that was never made for us — one that rewards self-sacrifice, constant composure, and silent strength.

But the world needs something different now. It needs leaders who lead from wholeness, who embrace both power and vulnerability, and who model a new kind of courage rooted in authenticity.

This program is an invitation to unlearn the conditioning that keeps you small and to remember the power that comes from leading as your full self.

Who Should Attend?

This program is for women navigating leadership in every form:

—  Executives, entrepreneurs, and educators who are shaping teams and organizations.

Executive women juggling it all — home life, children, and the intensity of demanding careers — who are ready to find balance without losing themselves.

— Women in transition, rediscovering their voice, their confidence, and a deeper sense of purpose in this next chapter of leadership and life.

If you’re ready to lead with intention, authenticity, and connection, this space was created for you.

A Guided Journey With the Authors of I Am. She Is. We Are.

Over three days, you’ll have the rare opportunity to sit with Dani Redder and DeCoffett Ward, authors of I Am. She Is. We Are. and walk through the book together, applying its insights to your voice, your relationships, and your leadership impact.

I am.

I am.

Reconnect with your voice, values, and power.

Explore the patterns, conditioning, and stories that shape your leadership and rediscover what it means to lead from wholeness.

We are.

Together, we’ll explore how conscious, courageous leadership ripples outward — shaping culture, systems, and the way we lead change.

CURATED WOMEN-LED EXPERIENCES

Select Experiences to Elevate Your Leadership

Set in the rolling hills of Kentucky horse country, this program blends guided workshops, small‑group dialogue, and applied learning that takes leadership development beyond the classroom. Over three days, you’ll engage in immersive experiences—including equine‑assisted coaching and other targeted activities—that reveal how you communicate, build trust, and lead with presence.

You’ll examine the patterns that shape your leadership, explore the dynamics of key relationships, and practice ways to repair and renew critical professional connections. By understanding what you bring to the table and how others experience your leadership, you’ll gain the insight and confidence to return to work leading with greater authenticity and compassion.

You can choose from experiences such as:

  • Equine‑assisted coaching experience

  • Workshop on staying calm and effective under pressure

  • Creative, hands-on exercise to clarify and communicate your leadership brand

  • Private Why It Matters discussion with author Brenda Corbett

Each option is designed to surface behavior, build self‑awareness, and translate insight into practical leadership action, giving you flexibility to focus on the capabilities that matter most for your role and organization.
