This four-hour recertification program ensures that you continue to leverage the industry-leading Sherpa process, which has been endorsed by universities and industry leaders and lauded for its effectiveness. This event will equip you with the latest coaching methods and insights, ensuring you deliver exceptional results for your clients and maintain your position as a top Certified Sherpa Coach.

Format: Attend live virtually or access the recording afterward. If you're unable to join the live event, you can purchase the recording here.

Cost: $500 USD

Important: To maintain your Certified Sherpa Coach (CSC) designation and continue using the Sherpa name and logo in your coaching practice, you must complete the recertification requirements by either:

Attending the live recertification event, or
Watching the full approved event recording,

and completing all required homework assignments.

WHO THE PROGRAM IS FOR

This program is designed for Certified Sherpa Coaches (CSC) who want to stay current, renew their credentials, and continue leveraging the Sherpa name and logo in their coaching practice. Recertification is required to retain your CSC designation on an annual basis.

It is also ideal for leaders, HR and talent professionals, internal coaches, and aspiring executive coaches who want to strengthen how they guide others, build coaching capability, and lead more effective, impact‑driven conversations.

Course Date: Thursday, September 9, 2027

Course format: Attend live virtually or access the recording afterward. If you're unable to join the live event, you can purchase the recording here.
Course Fee(s): Standard fee $500 (U.S. funds). The registration fee includes all instructional materials.
Standard Refund and Program Cancellation Policies: Sherpa Library, LLC issues refunds (minus a $50 processing fee) for cancellations made on or before August 28, 2026.

Continuing Education Information

Earn a digital certificate of attendance and 0.4 CEUs from the University of Georgia.
Maintain your annual Certified Sherpa Coach (CSC) designation through Sherpa Library, LLC.

REQUIREMENTS

To certify and keep your CSC designation, participants must:

1. Attend and participate in 100% of the live virtual session on September 9, 2027, or watch the full 4‑hour recording if you cannot attend live.

2. Complete the assignment

3. Submit your homework to info@sherpa-library.com by the end of the day on Friday, October 15, 2026. Digital certificates and CEUs from the University of Georgia will be issued upon completion.
